1. 14-day refunds
If you are not happy with Traverse Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. This applies to the first payment of a monthly or yearly plan and to each renewal.
Everything that keeps you safe in the mountains is free and never needs a refund: trip plans, SOS, live position, the map, reports and trip recording.
2. Bought on the web
Our order process on the web is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders, and handles refunds.
To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net. You can also write to us at support@traverse-3d.com and we will pass it on. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
3. Bought in the app
Purchases made inside the app go through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and only they can refund them. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through the Play Store’s order history. If they cannot help, write to us and we will do what we can.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time: from the Paddle receipt or paddle.net for web purchases, or in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions for in-app purchases. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
If you cancel during the free trial of the yearly plan, you are not charged.
5. After a refund
A refunded subscription ends straight away and your account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: your trips, routes and plans stay, and offline routes over the Free limit stay saved but stop updating offline.
