Help and contact

In danger right now?
Call 112. This mailbox is not read at night and is not an emergency line.
My sign-in code doesn’t arrive
Check your spam folder and wait a minute. The code has 6 digits and expires after a short while; ask for a new one if it has. If you signed in with Apple or Google, use the same button.
Does it work without signal?
Track recording works without signal and uploads when you are back online. Save the route and map offline before you go. Without data, SOS opens an SMS to 112 that you send yourself.
How accurate is the map?
Elevation comes from a 30 m model, so sharp summits come out slightly lower. Trails come from OpenStreetMap and can be wrong. Slope describes the terrain, not today’s avalanche danger.
How does a trip plan work?
Set your check-in time and emergency contact. If you don’t check in, the app asks you; after 30 minutes your contact gets an SMS; after 90 minutes, if you shared it with a verified rescue organization, its staff see the plan.
What does “Sent” mean for SOS?
That the SOS reached our server and responders were notified. It does not mean help is coming: that shows only when a responder confirms it (“Acknowledged”).
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, see deleting your account.
